Salads are nutritious and a perfect diet food.

Salads are a great way to watch your diet and get good nutrition at the same time. I like to use Romaine lettuce. My salad includes green pepper,carrots,cucumbers,onions, and tomatoes. I put other vegetables as well as fruit in my salads from time to time. It is important not to use too much dressing since that would take away the salad as a diet food. What is your favorite salad?

i love a good fresh salad w/everything on them. i think they taste much better in a restaurant & u have so many choices to pick from. i love friut salad , pasta salads & just about any kind you can think of. anytime you have fresh tomatoes i love them w/chicken salad or tuna salad stuffed in them. i don't guess i can pick a favorite i like so many.
