Do You Or Don't You (check on your MyLot friends)?

I do not check on them very often but i do reply to their discussion as pirority if i seen them yea .

I don't do this as a matter or procedure. There must be several reasons for someone to be active or not. I just allow things to happen as they do. I do get some friend requests which I approve without thinking. Cheers!!

you're such a sweetie. I honestly i don't coz i got a few time being here so i just view on the list of my digest (received from email) and reply on 'em and if i have some time i browse 'em

I'm so sorry for coming in so late. I'm also having some friends and I always try to respond to their discussions, whenever I get time. However, I'm not able to checkup with them regularly.

I really dont expect my myLot friends to respond to my discussions. If they respond to it then that's great but if they dont I dont mind. Thats because I dont respond to each and every discussion they start. I just respond to those that I am interested in or have an opinion about. If the discussion subject really doesnt apply to me I dont force it to. But then again, I dont start that many discussions either. I just know that they're active by how much discussion they start in a day. Most of my myLot friends start discussions more than I do in a month so that would be a sign that they are still active or taking a myLot vacation. In any case, I do wonder how they are and mustve happened that they took a break from myLot. But I dont check up on all of them. Just those who were really active and just seemed to have stopped all of a sudden. Though, I have to admit that I do have a myLot friend whom Ive gotten close enough "to want to know if the friend is doing all right".

Hi chevee, Yes I absolutely do check on my mylot friends when I don't see that they are around after a few days of being missing. This has happend already with a few of my friends and it has caused me and some of my friends to go crazy trying to reach some of them to make sure that they are ok and in some cases unfortuately they were not. So we have started to collect personal email addys so that it is easier to check on each other just in case. In fact my dear ms. chevee if you were missing I would be upset and wonder it you were ok because I am used to seeing you every day. I don't know if you would miss me but I would be concerned about you!

to be really honest with you, i actually don't... i just do mylotting as usual everyday and most of my activities here are responding... so may be that is the reason why i didn't check on my mylot friends' profile... i never receive many responses when i am starting a discussion... so now i prefer to concentrate more on replying rather than responding... take care and have a nice day...

no i don,t but this is a good idea must try this iam always looking for my friends in the discussion and if i do i respond to them first because they are on my friend list.

I have the personal email ids for most of my friends. So I email them directly there if I do not see them on mylot. I have bonded with quite a few friends here who chat with me regularly on gmail.

No, I don't check profile of my friends if they don't respond to my discussions. There are so many times when I am unable to respond due to various reasons/preoccupation with other important works though I log on quite often just to read the discussions and responses.

Hello Chevee! No do not check ,but i just repond to the discussions which are received from friends. Some friends do respond back to my feedback I am thankful to them. Happy mylotting and have a nice day.

I'm so new to have formed that type of attachment. But I think it very good of you to check up on them. It's always nice when we find someone cares about us

I am guilty on this discussion, because I already approved a lot of friend requests and I was too busy that I ignored them... TO THOSE I ADDED AS FRIENDS, I AM VERY SORRY FOR NOT GIVING YOU MY TIME..AND I DID NOT EVEN SAY HELLO AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ADDING ME AS YOUR FRIEND..I REALLY APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH..AND I AM GLAD I AM A PART OF THIS MYLOT FAMILY.. I will try to check them and say hi one by one soon..I just need to adjust my priorities because i am so lost right now... Happy myloting!

[i]HI Chevee, I have over 500 friends and I don't do that to anyone of them...LOL! I have a lot of inactive friends and I will just wait when they are coming back! I have few close friends whom I will check sometime and will drop comment once in a while![/i]

I joined this site months ago, but never got the hang of it. It has changed a lot and looks more interesting. I just logged back in this weekend and decided to try it again.

There are a couple on here that I miss terribly when they are not around. So, yes, I would probably PM them to see what's going on, making sure they are okay

I'm still quite new to the world of My Lot but I am thinking to myself that I will probably check on my friends at least once per month. I will send them private messages and so forth just to see how they are. I think that this is a good thing to do. I sometimes respond to their discussions as well. If you don't do this, then they are just people on your list of friends who you will eventually lose touch with completely, I don't want to travel down this road! Andrew

Hi there, i did not put is a regular check on their status but if i alert they have been away or not have any posting for quite sometimes, i will drop them a PM and hope can get further update if possible. =)
