What are the signs that you are healthy?

I haven't been sick for a long time... well, I had the occasional cold sometimes but I haven't suffered anything that really made me bedridden. Yet, even though I haven't had any serious illness for awhile, I can't keep myself from thinking that I'm still not healthy. Even though I eat right, have physical activities like power walking, dancing and stuff, do not have vices like smoking or drinking I still get tired easily. I'm a college student and most of the times gets tons of stress so maybe that's one of the factors but is that enough to make me unhealthy. I want to know what are the signs of being healthy? And are there any advice out there you can tell me or things that you do that gives you lasting vitality everyday? I would really appreciate the help. Thanks : )

Me too, I have been strong ever since I when for evening jog at my estate. I used to get running nose easily but now I must keep fit inorder to take good care of my wife and be a responsible husband. WE should be waking up everyday and feel fresh at all time and able to get back home without feeling tired. Sleeping well at night is also important.

Cold is common but it shows your system working nicely, may be it is stress may be the reason. Take study as easily as possible, it is our mindset up which makes us weary, so you have to take things as it comes to you, do not take it as a whole. Meanwhile it is better to consult your family Doctor, if needed take counselling also. have a nice time.

I know that tiredness can be caused by a vitamin b12 deficiency or a lack of iron in your system. Get your blood checked as this is easily remedied with pills or injection. Hope this helps hun!

Hey there. I once had the same problem as you. I lead a very healthy lifestyle but i get tired and sleepy easily. I think stress is main the cause of it, maybe not at school or at your workplace. Maybe it is something you aren't aware off. Try the meditation method. It works for me.
