Fights....

Has anyone ever experienced their parents quarrel on certain issues. What effect it had on your, and has it affected your relationship with your parent? Would you like to share how the differences between parents leave a scar on a kids mind?Well in my case my parents have always loved me like any other parents would love their child. But being the only child in the family, its a "BIG" problem. You are always over protected, not allowed to be free like your other friends, and plus parents fight over their right over you.. has it ever happened with you.? This has left such a deep scar in my memory, that i hardly ever converse with my parents now. And whenever i do, its just for namesake..
please do share your experiences, so that at least I'll make myself understand, that I'm not the only one like that.

Well since I was born my parents knew that they weren't meant to be together...they realized this about 3 months after they had gotten married,
ever since then i have always heard the conversations
the fights
and everything about divorce
the only thing that has kept them together is me and my sisters
until my lil sis is old enough they will separate and finally go there separate ways
and yeah this left a pretty huge scar on me...
tried to make the best of it
but as my father never loved me
I just learned not to care about him either.

Thats seriously so bad yaar. Why does it happen like this that the relation between kids n parents change with time as we grow up. Why does it happen that the things between father and son become bad to worse with time.. I just wish things weren't this way. Is it the male ego that comes in between or is it just any other thing? Why does this happen, fights over small things which get converted into a big big issue at certain times.? Why?
