How do you do when you can't sleep?
When I can't sleep I will read a book, Play game online, and drinking milk because I think it can help me sleep.
And you? how do you do? or what do you do?

Go the kitchen and makes yourself some snacks. and then watch tv. That certainly will brings me to sleep.

I do surf online. Sometimes I read books. And like you, I drink milk so that I can sleep.
Sometimes, I also read a book. It helps me get sleepy.

when i can't sleep i usually sit here on mylot, like i am now... lol
