how are we being rewarded in mylot?

where do you go to get info about how members in mylot being rewarded and get paid? do we get paid by posting and get responses or by referrals or by responding to other posts or what am i missing? i've been searching on site to get answers to my questions but none that i can find. please help how this works... thanks.

dear is something like this 1.you get paid for each post you make in discussions 2.you get paid for starting new discussion 3.when someone comments on your discussion 4.for uploading pics in interest section 5.for commenting in news 6.for commenting in news so have fun
