check weebly and tripod if those suits your preferences. i use tripod before in our training center website before switching to paid site which cost us less than $7 a month with personalized emails, huge bandwidth and web space, free site builder. tripod for me is user friendly and that same goes with weebly too, you just have to drag the features into your webpage. i am using weebly in my other website although there are limitations on what you can do or have (that same goes with all free sites) but you can upgrade it into a paid site and have your own domain name.
