Has anyone been getting calls from their credit card companies reporting fraud purchases have been made on their cards? A friend of mine just signed up for one of the PTR sites last week and her VISA card number was stolen over the internet. Funny thing is she never even gave the PTR site her credit card and never clicked on any of the sites (emails, offers) that requested her credit card. So how in the world did someone get her credit card number? I've only joined 2 PTR sites and I'm a little scared about this. Can hackers get your credit card number just from having your address or name?
