Does anyone use traffic exchanges?

For what kind of programs do you need refferals? Have you tried getref?

Yes, I use some traffic exchanges. But, I admit it's hard to get referrals, it's unreliable. Anyway, you can make a blog about your programs then insert your referral links there. Getref, simpleref, referral exchanges are legitimate programs, the only problem is that there are many cheaters there. At first they'll be active but when gave them the credits they'll disappear. Still the best way is by doing blogs. Good luck!
