What I have found to be true, and in the past have been guilty of, is many people make a drastic change to be healthier. They totally give up things they like, excerise a little and begin to see a change in their health, weight or whatever they were trying to accomplish. Then they begin to slowly slide back into the bad habits that made them think about being healthy in the first place. This is what I'm currently doing to improve my (and my family's) health... We have changed our eating habits to include more fruit and veggies and every single chance we have, to switch to organic fruits and veggies and free range meats. We have cut back on many sweets, substituting fruit smoothies for ice cream. Organic cookies that really do taste great (they're animal cookies and they taste better than regular animal cookies) We buy organic peanut butter, whole wheat breads, etc Tonight's dinner is tacos. Free range beef, organic lettuce, organic soft taco shells, and organic cheese. For dessert, my hubby found a non-dairy frozen dessert called Mudd Pie. It's organic and contains no lactose or gluten. I'll let you know how the dinner goes over with my boys (my hubby and our 11 & 5 yo sons)
