controlling your emotions

being so mad is easy for me...being so disappointed is also easy.. and being so in pain is easy also.. and each night and day, i am amaze of how i went through the day controlling my emotions towards the situation. it was really hard and it was hard.. sometimes i would cry.. really hard.. controlling....

yes bro To controll your emotions is most difficult part. Yoga can help you to increase your stemina to handle such situation. It depends upon the situation, if you fill that by crying you will become relex or by laughing you may fill better then do it. To become strace free it is important to make your mind cool. hope it may help you. viki

I am not sure if I am emotional person or not. I not very easily cry if I faces problems. I only easy cry if someone scold me with really high voice. I mean really high voice. I won't cry if I cannot find solution and when I feel like I have so much to do until cannot breathe. I can stay positive in situation like those. I only can't stand when someone scold me. I think it is because I when I was young, my father will scold me with high voice and he has scary face. I know a friend that will cry when she feels lonely, to much assignment to do and when she faces to many problem.
