I read that self-employed are more satisfied with their jobs.Whether their work really provides more autonomy, flexibility, skill utilization and job security.

Hi Sunilkonda, I believe that it is and I am heading towards that. And these people are more productive and capable of putting more effort to make ends meet. I am sure majority wouldn't like to work for others but due to circumstances, lack of sufficient funds and personal commitments, they are driven to be employees instead. They are others too who are self employed not by choice but still have to work to support the family. For me it will be a dream come true and satisfaction guaranteed. Cheers,

I think that people who are self employed are more satisfied because they have more control over their job situation, than if they were working for someone else, or for a corporation or company. Even if one does not make a lot of money on their own, they are not bossed around by someone else, and that is extremely satisfying.

yep, i do agree, self-employed people will more happier than other. The main thing is they have more flexibility in there life. they don't have to work under anyone, if they like to work they will or they wont. the main factor will be job security, there growth will depend on there skill and handwork.i have seen this in many case, self employed people's family life is more happier than others.
