WHY REJECT $700 billion??

as every one konwn,The House of Representatives rejected $700 billion which rescue
plan used for save economy of USA. WHY? do you know ?
as the the news came out ,the stock of all the world meet a tragedy! how this
happen? i don't know why reject the rescue plan ? Is there anyone can tell the true?

Mostly I think it's because our lawmakers are too busy with their partisan bickering to care about the effect it's having on our country, our economy, and the economies of other countries around the world. Personally, I just wish they'd get over it, get together, and get something done. Isn't that what they're there for in the first place?
