Facial Fitness Excercise

Maintaining regular Facial Fitness is easy, it takes very less time, we can perform while watching television also. Forhead :- Place ur fingers above the eyebrows, then pull the skin down. At the same time try to raise ur eyebrows. Repeat it 10 times. It will smooth down the wrinkles on forehead. Eyelids :- put ur fingers at the corner of the eye and shut ur eyes and then pull the skin towards forehead, repeat it 10 times Cheeks :- Form a 'O' with lips, do it as fast as u can, forming O is followed by big smile do it repeatedly, making O and Smile. Do it 30 times. Please practice this Now then tell me how u are feeling after ur Face Excercise Please share ur opinions and coments on this Discussion Thank you

I just had a quick try of these and they are very simple to do, I have printed them out and i will try some more, they sound like they could be very beneficial, thank you.
