Chicago artists: Common vs. Kanye

Chicago has produced some of the best artists in the game today but who would you say is better, Common or Kanye West? They have different styles and talk about different issues but who do you like better and why? What about rapper vs. emcee? Some people would say Kanye is more of a rapper and Common is more of an emcee.
