Why do you exercise?

There are many reasons to exercise. Most people exercise to lose weight, or maitain their current weight; some exercise to tone their musles....and some to help manage depression. I exercise because I love the rush, the "cardio high" and the awesome feeling of accomplishment I get when I see that I can bench press more than the guys!
