employment compensation program

does anyone knows about this program? it from sss govt agency for the benifit of odw means occupational disable workers. if your working in a company and happen to have an accident, cut your whole hand, you lost your job but at ecp, they train you to be able to work again. just came from the seminar. its better than sss, we can claim it faster than sss.

I think that this is something that it should be provided to every employee. Is only right to compensate people in case of accident.

i think this is a must what i hear from this on the seminar is this program help the employees get back to their job even if they got accident and get disable. they train them to their capability again, or they train them to have their own business. an the program include quick claim benefits like on the day you have the accident the benefits the hospitalization counts on. its like an insurance! not like other companies whether you go to hospital and need money for the hospital until you discharge you dont even got a single cent from them!

Yes, I am aware of that even government employees are covered by that. My only concern is that not all workers seems to understand it well. The employer must explain to employees its detail. Its a nice program and it can help.

Oh, i hope i can also attend seminar like that, as an individual tax payer of our community I want to know my benefits. I hope there is nothing bad happen to me in the future.
