so i work at a call center for a bank, basically just taking calls all day and stuff and i get to wondering...if im taking calls for banks, this means people like me and the people around me are working on my bank account every tiem i call!! its kind of a scary thought, not so much because im afraid of identity theft, but just seeing my cow workers makes me cringe! so ive decided to make people aware::: alot of people, and ive gotten alot of calls on it, that think that their calls are being taken by educated people with college degrees and their own offices. to be real about it, as i look around this room all i see are a bunch of cubicles and high school kids and high school dropouts chillin with eachother here,. there are about 3 people currently going to college, and that numers including me. we dont get our own offices, we dont get drug tested, and alot people dont really care about the customer. i dont personally do drugs myself, but there is not oen day that goes by without soemone cominig back from beak smelling like pot. its sad, buit true. so just puttin that out for you guys, incase people still dont know.

That's really scary. But not too much for me as I do my transactions with the bank itself or through internet. I'm also pessimistic about giving my account info over the phone. By the way, what bank are you servicing to? Just wanna know.
