Natural food,fruits,vegetables are healthy food.Its a variety of foods that make balanced diet.Do everyone eat everyday simple foods like fruits,vegetables only?

fruits and vegetables and lot of water is food for our health.. take care and have fun

raw fruits is the best natural food among all food varieties. fruits juices although good, most of the fibre is lost which is the vital nutrients for our health. So better is raw fruits. Cooked food if we consider, oily foods should be avoided very much.

Hello,Sunil! My daily diet consists of boiled rice some whole wheat bread and vegetables fry or stew and some fruits salad with curd milk.It is a balanced diet for me.With this type of diet I have lived for the last seventy years without any major ailments.Thanx.

I need carb. Actually not just carb. I NEED RICE in my diet. I can't think without starch in my system and rice makes me feel fuller. I try to limit it so that I would maintain my calorie intake. I also eat fruits as much as I could because it helps in the digestion and it adds to my daily fiber intake.

I sort of feel natural squeezed fresh juices have got to be very healthy, I know I feel a lot better when I have them, I particularly like carrot,beetroot, ginger and celery, it is very refreshing and it is a good cancer prevention drink...other than that I like watermelon as well...

In Britain we have long had a campaign called '5 a day' which encourages people to eat 5 portions of fruit or vegetables per day to maintain health. I believe this is a good plan and try to stick to it. I also believe vegetables and fruit are at ther healthiest if they are eaten raw or only very lightly cooked. Good topic!
