hi,guys!i am Ivy.Today i'll introduce you another way to lose your weight. You don't need to run and just to walk for an hour is ok in your parttime,especially in the mornoing .Be carefull:first,your eyes must overlook some plcae far away from you when you walking. Second,it is the pace.It is important to know the distance between your front foot and your back foot when walking .So,please measure the size of one of your feet. Then make the size multiplied by 1.5, and you will get the date for per step walking distance of yourself's .For example, i have a 24-inch foot . 24 multiplied by 1.5 is 36 . so i should walk at a 36-inch distance or pace per step. That's all.please insist on doing like this for 7 days. you can help yourself,i am sure.good luck with you!
