This idea of "quality" posts and the Leaderboard intrigues me. How EXACTLY is "quality" rated, and who makes the decission? And if quality is rewarded, are trivial or inaccurate posts penalised?

Leaderboard, simply pertains to our rankings in our own choice of interest. There are some members who choose a particular interest and post their discussions or responses in that interest category only. Leaderboard shows members who tops a certain category here on mylot. So if you'll post more quality discussions than the other members, your name can be included to this leaderboard or "top members" of a particular interest. How to increase your rank? 1 Post quality topic or discussion as much as you can 2 Respond to other members discussion 3 Gain best response by providing quality answers or comments to other member's discussion.
