my lot population going down is that true

There's an easy solution about this one..most forums are used of a weekly/monthly cleanup in their user database, and they delete all the inactive user, so they don't need to pay extra for their server..At least I was used of doing it on myy own old forum, and when I was a moderator on some Dutch forum site, the admin there told me the same thing as well..So my best guess is, is that MyLot did the same thing, and their were MORE inactive users, then NEW active users..So that's the reason why the population propably went down!

Well; it is marginally down at 146096 .So not that big difference also . However; this is something to be watched over a period of time .

Is it really the case ? I would just have a check . Well; the Payout rate is a problem .Yet ; Mylot is far - far better than the websites that commit fraud on people and do not pay at all . Regards

Hi there! Well I admit I have not been looking on the mylot population. Only now that I have read this post. The only reason that I could think of why it went down is because maybe some users have been banned or deleted since we can't delete our own account here. I don't know if mylot is paying less. We are paid here on how long we stay here and on what kinds of discussions we get to post. For me the payment is fine. Ciao!

yes it might be the case and during the last 2 weeks more then 600 users joined and that just average and have noticed some decline in earning as well but it can be something that can be due to the fact that the month was ending and they wanted to make less payouts and decreased it somewhat. just an opinion

I have been a member of Mylot for almost two years (it'll be two years in November) and the only direction I've seen the MyLot population go is UP! Do people actually disappear off of this site, and do accounts actually get deleted? I've known people who get locked out, but their content is still accessible to the general community, hense their accounts are still representative of members of the Mylot population.

I think this happens when a member gets banned from mylot... they are no longer a part of the population count... which is a good thing because mylot is not creating the illusion of having a lot of members... when in fact a few are only active or legit members...

Perhaps you are right. Since lately I have a few friends who leave Mylot. I don't know whether it's a temperate leave. But it seems some people are tired here. I love China

yes this is hapeening and will continue coz many websites r there who are paying more than mylot. So users are turning to other websites.

yeah its true because some people get bired and get lazy to reply and read and some are no more time.

Hi nutanjain, I really don't understand much but my theroy is, a lot of Mylotters are going on other sites to make their money and when their site tha they on goes down for some reason or they fine out the site is a scam, they all come back to Mylot, at the moment there are a lot of Mylotter have gone missing, some for geninue reasons but most have gone to other sites.
