I suggest don't waste your time on that site. You are an international member. And check their FAQ. How do they distribute points for international members.

I agree with darksorrow: don't bother registering there even if you have a friend from the US. They give points (1 each) for searching, voting and commenting but unless you're from these countries: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, US, and UK—you'll need 50,000 points just to earn a $5 payout. Even if you do 100 searches everyday and vote and comment on each, it'll still take you 167 days just to have your five dollars. Your friend from the US will get $25.00 for 6500 points, $50 for 12500 points and $100 for 25000 points, so it's actually better for him to join than for you to. Why not tell your friend to join, be their referral and you can share the payout or something (if they agree). A member gets 25% of the points their referrals make, so if you were their referral and you do the 100 searches (+voting/commenting), they'll earn 75 points for it, which will be a big deal, since they'll only need 6500 points for a $25 payout.
