I checked this out with Snopes.com, something everyone should do before posting. The suggestion came as a suggestion from PETA, and the idea came to them from something that is done in Switzerland. There is no reason to believe that it is seriously being considered by Ben and Jerry's. www.peta.org/mc/NewsItem.asp?id=11993
