Kiwi's are actually really high in vitamin C and has got a source of potassium and vitamins A & E
the skin also has a lot of antioxidants (but i can't imagine it tastes any good)
it is also got some fibre so therefore is considered a mild laxative so it will help with constipation
Hope this helps!!

Kiwis are very rich in many vitamins, flavonoids and minerals. Kiwis contain nearly as much potassium as bananas and more Vitamin C than oranges. The flavonoids help to protect our cells from oxidative damage and our DNA from damage.
Kiwis are also rich in beta-carotene, Vitamins A, Vitamin E, magnesium, copper, phosphorous, carotenoids, and polyphenols.
Researches have proved that Kiwi can help in the treatment of asthma in children, Studies also show that the fiber content of kiwi helps to reduce cholesterol, heart disease, blood clots, and fats in the blood. The fiber also helps in controlling sugar levels and preventing colon cancer by removing toxins.
