Kiwi Fruit - What are its advantages

Hi, I tasted Kiwi Fruit very recently . It was very good . I was wondering what are its advantages as well as its health benefits ?

Kiwi's are actually really high in vitamin C and has got a source of potassium and vitamins A & E the skin also has a lot of antioxidants (but i can't imagine it tastes any good) it is also got some fibre so therefore is considered a mild laxative so it will help with constipation Hope this helps!!
