Stress...Stress...Stress...

In our day to day life, we always face stress. It can be physical, emotional , psychological. But i am thinking what are the best and effective way to manage stress?

i think ses, soo in order to avoid stress u just leave thinking wat has been done, just think on present situation like, a glass on a table, who is manufctur of it, i have acolour mobile, i have o shave, drink a glass of water and see, u will feel good

I like to read, it relaxes me. I also like taking a nice long, hot shower. Or a bath if you prefer. Another thing that always makes me feel happy is listening to some of my favorite music. Taking a nice long walk alone or going for a drive. There are lots of things like that that you can do to relax and it's good to take the time to do them and let some of that stress go on a regular basis.

Hi jho_anne, Yes these days are very stressful for time for everybody with work and family, rushing to and fro. What I do when I'm stressed out and when I have a moment to myself at home, I'll have a hot bath then I would light some candles and play some soft music then I will meditate for half hour or so, that ralyy helps to fight stress. take some time to give yourself your own time. it wont hurt if you let someone take care of your kid for an hour. you go ahead and rest...sleep or do whatever you want. let your husband take care of your kid too. my husband does that
