Insomnia~GO away~~~

the Bei jing's time is 02:37. however,i can't go to sleep~ I get isomnia! who can help me ? i don't like that~~ i just want to sleep~~help~~!!!!!

I know exactly how you feel I'v delt with insomnia my whole life, and usually can't go to sleep until atlest after 3:00am though my body has grown acustom to it still sucks:(. AS far as I know there is no cure for insomnia, but I can give you a few tips to help sleep, First of all don't drink caffine after 7:00pm and try drinking a glass of milk before you go to bed and you can try the muscle tenseing technique all you do is tense up every muscle in your body and hold it for a few seconds starting from your feet all the way up. Or if you don't mind taking sleeping pills buy some benadryl it's way cheaper and has the same active ingredient as most sleeping pills use Diphenhydramine, or some Nyquile works just aswell but they only work for a short period of time if you use them every night you'll start building tolernece for them. If all else fails go to the doctor and tell him you have insomnia and ask for Clonidine..that'll definatly knock you out. Hope this helps good luck:)
