hi,,i do not why children need more time to sleep,and they do not have trouble with get to sleep..
but why we always have problems with get to sleep,,i do not the reason,please give me some reason,please,just write as much as you know,do let me down

Babies can sleep better because they didn't think as much as an adult thinks. They just so peaceful knowing that people around them love them. When they're hungry they cry, when they're tired they sleep. They don't think about what was going to be happened in the next day, and they don't think about what to do and what to eat. They don't make schedule, they don't have any responsibility.
They never got stressed because of small things and that's why they can sleep better. I hope that would answer you, rowe :)

Very often I sleep like a baby but there are also times when I sleep like a restless adult. This is very rare though because I am in dreamland the minute my head touches the pillow. I guess I am lucky in this way. The other night I could not sleep because something was bothering me. Last night, I slept like a baby. Cheers!!
