Will you go to Heaven?

I wonder how people can truthfully answer this question: "How can you know for sure that when you die, you would go to heaven?" Yes or No and what is your basis of assurance that you would go to heaven when you past away?

Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
St. John 14:1-3
Becasue the Bible tells me so that's how I know I'm going to heaven.

Thanks. Do you mean that if a person put their trust in God, then he/she can have an assurance of going to heaven? That's it and No other way? --cheers

Wait, let's establish first the indicators or criteria of going to heaven. What do you have in mind?
Ok, if I am going to set the criteria like purity in thoughts and being moral (meaning following the church's values and law), probably, I would like not go to heaven.
