refund update

I contacted AlerPay through the help desk for the refund of referrals purchases and here's what they have replied [i][b]Hello, Thank you for contacting AlertPay Customer Support. I am happy to assist you. After we were made aware of this merchants issues we have taken action and came to an agreement. They have made a promise that they will assist customers in need and address their issues. Please contact the merchant and advise them that you were instructed by AlertPay to request for their assistance. If they do not respond within a reasonable amount of time then simply reply to this email and we will assist you further.[/b][/i] I hope to get it soon and if you haven't done till now please do it. Dark I hope you read this can't say about the message I'm sending
