Most important meal of the day..

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as the advertisement says, its says that it is important because it will be the start of the day so everything must be ok. Meaning the body must be in good condition because its charge with good food and with energy, the brain will function properly because your not hungry. I think thats true everything before you go to war you be prepared that's we have to eat a proper breakfast. So i eat one full breakfast every morning meaning rice and chicken or bread thats with cheese everything that is heavy, so that if ever i'll be very busy my brain will function properly. So whats your breakfast every morning?

i also eat a little during breakfast especially when i go to school or work coz i wake up late.. but a little food helps a lot than not eating at all which makes me sleepy and dragg7y teh whole day

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It definitely gets ME going! It gives you that burst of energy that you need! And it keeps you from pigging out at lunch! Therefore, breakfast is very important! :)

I agree with you, breakfast are the most important meals for our daily life. Breakfast do give the energy for the day. I always have breakfast and never missed it. I usually will have bread or toast. I also have juice or milk.

I have always heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it is the first thing you eat when you get up,and a good healthy breakfast will help your blood get pumping,and your mind function quicker and properly and help you tackle your day head on,me and my fiance do try to eat breakfast everyday,except we are on a third shift schedule so our breakfast is usually around six or seven pm but we still try to eat a good healthy breakfast,even though we do not always eat things that are good for us or our bodies.

Hi Mayrose, breakfast is important, but I hardly have time on weekdays for breakfast. First thing on my mind, is to get out of the house, to avoid the traffic jams, so I only have time for a cup of black coffee. On weekends, if I wake up early enough, then we would have proper breakfasts, like bread and butter, cheese, bacon, ham, eggs. Or we would go to the morning market, and buy noodles, porridge or pancakes.

When I get to the office, I usually have some noodles and bread. That's pretty heavy for breakfast. Sometimes, my girlfriend would buy something on her way to work for breakfast. She usually buys some special bread or sandwich which is really heavy. When I don't eat breakfast, my mind and body slow down and I start feeling dizzy around 2 hours before lunch. That's why I made it a habit to eat breakfast everyday.
