I've thought I had a few times, but then I usually found out it only got worse before it got better. If you could explain why you feel like you do I could give you a better answer.

I JUST FEEL I AM IN THIS HOLE THAT I CAN'T GET OUT OF... I GET DEPRESSED SOMETIMES REALLY BAD... AND MY LOVE LIFE IS GETTING BAD, I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND I HAVEN'T WORK IN LIKE 2 MONTHS... I JUST FEEL LIKE I AM GOING CRAZY

YES !!! And they took me to hospital... And it wasnt until I was there that I realised where I was. And I thought. God, I gotta get outta here. The next day I was talking to a guy who had just had a conversation with "The Arch Angel Gabriel" Then I new I had to get outta there. And it took me a week!! Man.... You will KNOW when you hit rock bottom!
