Do men really suffer with post antal depression ?

When a woman has a baby unfortunately if she suffers with this illness. people forget that it affects the man in the relationship and the rest of the family. I suffered with PND after my three children it got worse after each child until I suffered severely with PND after my last child. PND was the cause of the end of my relationship with my partner, it is some years ago now and I did seek professional help at the time which helped me to see why I had always suffered with depression after having my children. What have you experiences been with this illness ? Whether you have been a sufferer or indeed if your suffering now with it or you have lived with a partner suffering with PND, I'm really interested in hearing your thoughts and points of views.
