A phone without a camera but with wifi for internet?

Yep. Going for the army in a few months. Looking for a phone without the camera function since the army doesn't allow camera device. But I would like to have a phone with wifi access to surf the internet at home. Sometimes its too troublesome to use a laptop just to check your email.
Any recommendation?
