So I want to go on a fasting..

A water fasting, to be exact. And I believe I can last for quite a while. I'm actually excited. Have any of you tried it, and if so, how many pounds did you lose, and did you get a healthier looking body?

sorry but this is nonsense!!!Yes you might lose weight but the minute you would get back to eating normally you regain all the weight you lost and your body would punish you for what you did for him by even adding some additional pounds!!

Long explanation short: Your body has a good % composed of water. You let water out every day through sweat and urination. It would make sense that you will lose weight through water loss but not actual fat loss. The myth of fasting can only lead to early medical problems. Don't take the shortcut and be active. It didn't take only you water to gain the weight what makes you thing it is to lose it?

i also tried fast ,but it's no use ,and this active will bad for your health, especially stomach,so don't do it if you want to keep you health ,and if you have a symmetry body ,you have no necessary to lose weight.good luck

Arpitaman is right. Your body will adjust to the lack of calories. Your metabolism will slow down. It will take quite a while before you lose weight. And you would be depriving your body with the nutrients it needs to stay healthy. Your skin will be pale and dry. You will look sick. You might even have brittle bones because of the lack of calcium. Starving yourself is not the solution. It's better for you to eat the right kind of food in right amounts and get lots of exercise.

Honey i am a dietician nd a gym instructor This is a big mith that u have to fast to loose pounds It's not so One day or the other u will have to get back to ur normal diet and thier ur body will respond to sugars u r getting and u will gain weight at much faster rate. When u fast ur metabolism decreases and so ur rate of loosing weight If u wanna loose weight them hit gim or jog 3times a week for 15 minutes and do a bit of streching EAT A LOW CARB DIET AT EVERY 3 hour interval that will help u boost metabolisem Fasting is not gonna help but if u go on fasting u may temprorily loose like 6 pounds in 2 weeks
