can't seem to locate the relay center on this 92 Olds. Achieva. Where is it located?

You could call any car dealership or parts store they maybe able to give you a clear answer. Or try online, at like carjunky.com automotiveforums.com trustmymechanic.com I would make a phone call first though, as you may get a faster answer for this.
