What is the thing you most regret doing?

Have you done something you still regret until now? What is it? How did that change your life? Is it for the better, or for the worse? What was the circumstance in which that thing happened? Have you forgiven yourself? Have you forgiven those who caused you that? Will you ever return to your old self?
