How to verify in South Korea

So, my situation is that I live in South Korea and have an unverified Paypal account that obviously I would like to verify. I do not have a credit card and am not able to get one. I can try to get a checking card. Will Paypal accept checking cards and which credit cards do they accept for verification? I have a Korean bank account but cannot seem to verify my account with it. If anyone knows how, please tell me here immediately. Also, I can try buying my verification, but I would need the verification first so that once I am verified, I can pay you. Any suggestions?
