So far Tottenham had a hit-rock-bottom with 7 matches played at the bottom of the table with the current standing as below: Win 0 Draw 2 Loss 5 Goal diff -6

it seems chelsea fans like the tottenham to be relegated? to tell the truth, it is hard to imagine for a soccer team with so many football stars to be relegated! i think the most serious problem for tottenham is lakc of spirit of team work. the club should fire the current coach cause he can not put whole team together. for me, i don't hope that tottenham get relegated this year althought i am not fans for tottenham.

The Spurs are probably worst position anyone could have imagined in his dreams. They are definitely looking down the barrel, especially the manager. Its almost certain now that he's more interested in winning cups( read carling cup, FA cup, UEFA cup) as tottenham seems to do a decent job in these matches while in the league, its a different story altogether. Coming to the relegation part, I somehow feel the spurs will play in the BPL next season. I understand that history is against them but there is enough quality and depth in the squad to help them overcome relegation. Its a matter of time before the team gells as a unit. Selling the likes of keane and berbatov has affected the chemistry and morale of the team and its visible in their game. For me, the clubs to be relegated this season will be: 1. Stoke City - not enough quality in the squad to sustain a challenge in the league. The match against liverpool showed they can defend welll. But a team cannot win matches unless there are goals. 2. Newcastle United - I don't see them in the league next year if ownership and managerial problems are not sorted out quickly. I hate to say this, but relegation is possible and it will be a disaster if it does happen. 3. Fulham - They had a narrow escape last year on the last day of the season. They looked good against arsenal but have faded since. The loss to newly promoted WBA justifies the fact. They have a match in hand but their league position is not good though.

The only way Tottenham is gonna survive is to make vital reinforcements upfront during the January Transfer Window. It is quite stupid to sell Keane and Berbatov, the only firepower of Tottenham. The odds are against Tottenham now, and I can't see how they could turn this around. Sacking Ramos will only make the situation worst. The best option now is to sit tight and wait for January. After that, we may see the most exciting relegation battle coming...
