Mr. Reward and Cashmails4u.
The first one has country limitations. But these limitations are quite strange... Usually PTR limit their members to tier-1 and tier-2 countries. But this one is weird: they grant access to my country(Brazil), Phillipines, Taiwan...
The second has a few members and affiliate pages with high paying links. 0.04 cent per affiliate link is quite high in my opinion. (I know that Deep-C-Links has 0.1 cent links, but they got only one of these per affiliate page)
And another question and most important one: do they pay?

I am not sure about that but I do know of some Data Entry work that pays very well and is absolutely free to start unless you are outside the US, it is $10.00 to start then. They do pay though and like I said, very well for the work. I just started and made $10.00 US in one hour and 18 minutes after starting. Let me know if you are interested.
