Were you scared of anything silly when you were a kid?

LOL! I was trying to get a doctor's appointment today when i got to thinkung about how i hated going to the hospital when i was a kid. Why? Because i was scared of nurses! 
You see, more or less the first 10 years of my life was spent in hospitals. Iwas a premature baby, so i spent my first week in the incubator. And then, pretty much almost every month i was getting sick. So i developed an aversion to women in white and the needles they bring. Hehehehehe. I was rather hyperactive even in the hospital, and more ofteen than not, my IV would get dislodged, so the women in white would restrain me (i was a big kid, si it usually takes 5 nurses to restrain me) and look for a better place to insert the needle. LOL!
When i started doing sports, i wasnt sickly anymore, so my silly fear of nurses and needles disappeared. Heehee!

Hi there super, i wasnt scared of anything in particular, but the thing that i still remember most was "under my bed". I am sure that most of you, or at least someone here was scared of the "monsters" under the bed. When i was younger, i used to always think that there was something hidng under my bed and if i stuck out my hand or leg something might happen. As a kid, this would have been a tormenting part of their lifes. Anther thing that we would now think as silly after growing up would be the dark. I am positive that even some adults still have that fear of the dark or any other fear like heights and spiders. But anyways, my point is that for kids these are normals, i dont think they are silly but now because we are grown up we see it in a diffrent light.

True. Those fears were serious for us when we were kids. But they now seem silly. Hehehehehe.
I remember i had this phase of not letting my foot or hand hang by the side of my bed coz i was scared something might grab me from under the bed. But that was . i think, a one-time fear after i watched a scary movie. Hehehehehehe.

Yes, halved tomatoes! Stupid I know, but the seeds looked like eyes to me and reminded me of leeches with their suckers! Man, I've got goosebumps just thinking about it !

Some kids are afraid of clowns ! They used to chase me all over the yard with a sliced fruit and I screamed like a little girl!hahaha But at 14 or 15 my sister was terrified of people with severe deformities, she actually crawled under the table once and cried!
