a visiting friend..... named GARU

our neighbors dog named GARU would visit us everyday first in the morning and would stay there for 3 to 4 hours and another in the afternoon for snacks. that would be his routine everyday. we are like foster pet owner of him. he is fond of us and so we do with him. we misses him whenever he can't visit us in a day. he is so cute and loving that your will surely melt for him. would you take care of your neighbor's dog when they go to your place or not?

that dog is so cute and sweet, i love dogs and i will surely take care of neighbors dog if ever they came to our house. I knew a cat of a neighbor who loves to roam the area at night and when he sees me or my husband approached to open the door he came in a flash and enter the house with us, staying still at the sofas and after giving him bits of food or fish, he'll approach the door saying "its time to go"

of course we will take care of other people's pet if they happen to come to our house for food or something. In this case we would know that the owner did not mind about their pet and that the pet needs somebody who cares. We have an outside cat which we just found nearby. We use to feed him and now he became our own. We don't know who is the owner of this pet but nobody claimed also in our neighborhood. He is a part our our pet family and we spend money for food to this cat. some owners do not realized that pets need care too like people do.

yeah, i agree with you that owners of pet should be responsible taking care of their pets for they need care too.it is nice to know that you are a very kind and responsible pet owner who tends her pet well. thanks for the post and happy mylotting!!!

Maybe if he is as lovable as Garu, surely he will be welcome to stay with us whenever he likes. It is so heartwarming to have a neighbor's dog who loves to stay with us.

Haha how cute! I really like dogs, but I've never had this kind of experience. It would be really nice, although I think my Dillie would be jealous LOL! The owner of the store next to ours also has a dog, but we don't like him because he would come around to pee or poop in front of our store! It's funny though, because the last time he pooped in front of our store, he had the weird look on his face like he was really guilty!

Are you doing this as a favour for them while they're on vacation or something? Or are they neglectful and the dog just wonders over?
Either way,I would take care of the Dog, if its the first, to be a good neighbor, if it is the second reason, because all animals should be able to live happy lives, since we domesticated them.
