While shopping for basic necessities like clothing, I look for quality and the life of clothing keeping in mind , the age of the person who is going to use it especially for kids. As they grow, they can't use the clothes for much time even though they are much costlier. What about you?

I always shop for quality not only for clothes but other items as well. I want thing that are known brands and that I know will hold up well over time. I have always said that a high qulaity shirt at 50$ that will last you a good 2 years or more is much better then getting 5 shirts at 10$ a paice with a lesser quality. Yes you are getting more for your money then but you would have to replace the shirts 2 or three times a year spending more money in the long run vs buying the more expensive shirt and holding onto it for years.

I agree with you 100% as I also do the same regarding everything. I feel there is much satisfaction in having a good quality utility rather than more no.of use and throw varieties which we are never sure of their durability.

for me, quantity over quality.. its better to have cheap clothing, but has many of it, that those branded clothing, but you only have few of those, the cheaper, the better, coz you can buy everytime you would want, not thinking of the cost of it before, unlike of those expensive ones, once it is damaged, it would be too costly to replace it...:)

I will look for quality when buying something from clothes to personal things. We can use the quality things for many years
