in my view ,i think friendship is both a source of pleasure and a component of good health .these people who have friends can enjoy their company of course,when we have some happy things ,we can share the happiness of the occasion with friends intensifies our joy .of course ,when our spirits are low ,we can unburdening our worries and fears to talk with our feiends as well .if you agree with me my friends ?if not ,how to view your own friendship ?

I agree. It's importan for people to have special confidants outside of their families. Sometimes it's better talk to people outside of the family then it is to talk to relatives.
