Migraine according to those who experience it is very stressful and it affects the normal life. People who experience chronic migraine have a hard time bearing the pain. Sometimes migraine could go for days which is very hard for those people having it. My sister cured her migraine with vegetarian diet and plenty of water. Now, she has no more migraine and she is very happy. They say that migraine could be caused by too much oil and sweets in the diet so one needs a lot of food low in fats and oil. Fruits and vegetables are good examples of foods that aren't oily and sweet. Try this with lots of water. it may help in easing that migraine.

Yes, migraines affect normal life. You offer good advice. A good vegetarian diet and lots of water sounds like a good idea. I definitely know that too many sweets is a big part of getting migraines. We definitely need more fruits and vegetables, as well as water. Thank you for your very important advice. :)

I have suffered from migraine for quite a long time. Thank you so much for your tips. Our daily diet includes a lot of oily foods, and plenty of sweets. I will try to increase intake of fruits and vegetables then. Thanks again.
