How can mothers go from wanting a child to killing them

There is a lot of talk in Europe about how mother kill their children. There was even an incident where a mother killed her 4 kids, put them in buckets, and put the lid on and hid them in the basement. How can a person do such a thing, and worst of all live in the house where does bodies are. How can you have four kids and then just simply kill them in a such a horrible way, and where are the man, shouldn't they care.

That's what I was going to say that were were probably underlying mental illnesses that one day they just "snap".
And frankly alot of men don't think it's stressfull at all to try to maintain a home and care for several kids all day long, some times it's all too much and it's a job one never leaves nor gets a break from!

I can't believe that a mother could ever do that. I have kids and could never imagine ever doing that to my kids. I have been very frusterated with my kids and not once have I ever thought anything like that. I am not sure where the father's are, you would think that there would be some sign of an instability to these women. It is a shame that these things happen.
