What is emotional wellness for you?

Emotional wellness is rooted on how you manage and express feelings. It's on how you accept even extremely bad feelings and ideas. And also not let those ideas make you feel so sad or depressed about yourself. The main thing wellness can do to us is to let us experience what a real world is like and to have relationship with all different kinds of people.
