Im very clumsy!! help me

I hate myself!! I'm very clumsy! Hours ago i put my cellphone in my bed then minutes later i suddenly pulled the blanket in my bed without noticing that my cellphone is in there so there goes my cellphone. flying like a bird soaring high then to the floor!! i hate myself! it took me months to earn that money to buy it and my clumsiness would just break it ... can you suggest things to help me guard my cellphone... or maybe something like a helmet for my cellphone or even a parachutte!! argh!
