Do you keep a track of your cycle? I just leave it to my husband to tell me when I am due on, I'm useless with dates etc so he keeps a note in his diary, bit hit and miss now I'm in my 40's but its nice to have some idea of when its due! Had two one month which I wasn't happy about, so perhaps soon I'll miss a month! Won't be worried as hubby has had the op!

Lucky you! After the twins hubby was supposed to get the chop, but chickened out! Eventually I went and got a diaphragm fitted - the one with the hormones. As a result I haven't had 'one' for 2 years now. What does worry me about this is that I keep getting what I can only call 'hot flushes'. It seems to be mainly when there are viruses around and the doc says it is just my body fighting the virus. I am wondering whether the hormones in the diaphragm aren't causing some sort of problem though...? You are lucky your hubby keeps track, I remember when mine would never know and would just wait for me to tell him. Violetdeams

I don't kep a note in my diary, i'm not that organised but because i am on the pill i know that my period is due a couple of days after i have finished the 21 day pack, i like it that way as i always know when it's due and it keeps them regular and makes cramps, mood swings nowhere near as bad!! xxx

I usually have an idea, like start middle or end of month. I can usually tell by the fact that Im eating more that I am due on though lol.

Hello Anne18 Well I was seeing a guy earlier in the year and had the contrceptive injection last in March and then we broke up. I haven't had a period since. It's kinda great in a way because is certainly cheaper and less hassle to have one but I can't help feeling it is messing with mother nature in a way! Now there's a discussion right there!!
