Have you been Alert Pay verified?

Some of my PTC sites are paying through Alert Pay but like Paypal, I still have to be verified to be able to get the money. Are you also a member of Alert Pay? What did you do to be verified? I am also wondering if there are sites where you can purchase using your Alert Pay money, just like Paypal. If you happen to know some sites, I will really appreciate it if you'll give sites to me.
